Fairmont Hotsprings visit

The weather was par for the course at this time of year. Cool, a bit of rain, a fraction of snow at ground level, and a fair amount of snow up the mountain. The sun peaked through a few times but not much. The growing season is about 2-3 weeks slower then at the same time in other years.

Hiking trails around Fairmont are certainly manageable.
The hotsprings water flows out from the pool, making this waterfalls.

The Hoodoos at Fairmont are a view worth the hiking and time.

A few eagles were seen, but I do not have a telephoto lens.
The Fairmont Ski area can be seen across the valley.

Lussier Hot Springs is about a 45 minute drive away from Fairmont on the way to White Swan Lake, km18 on gravel.
A few shots of Numa Falls on the Hwy back to Alberta.
